ATTENTION ENTERING 6th GRADE STUDENTS AND THEIR PARENTS!

 

You are invited to a special evening orientation to be held on:

TUESDAY, AUGUST 28

5 – 7 P.M.

At the Intermediate School!

 

 

The evening will include:

 

  • Group games and social time with fellow students!

     

  • Meeting time for parents with Principal Lee Cutler, Assistant Principal Victoria Saffioti, and 6th Grade Team Leader, Colleen McGarril. 

    • We will present a sixth grade philosophy, share exciting activities and events for the year and much more

    • There will be time for Questions and Answers

       

  • Time to meet with the Parent Teacher Student Association (PTSA) Leadership Team and to find out more about all the great plans the PTSA has and how you can get more involved. 

     

  • Distribution of student schedules and the opportunity to follow that schedule

 

  • An opportunity to meet with homeroom teachers and subject area teachers to learn more about sixth grade and to answer questions

     

  • Distribution of locker and locks for students.  Students may bring their supplies that night and start organizing their locker.

 

***While we encourage all 6th grade students and parents to attend, we understand that not everyone can make it.   A power point presentation for sixth grade orientation will be posted on our web page immediately following the evening. Students who cannot make it will get their schedules and lock and lockers the first day of school.
